This time, we’re thinking of rebranding from How To Wine to How To Whisky – because we’re about to do something completely out of the ordinary . We’re hosting a whisky tasting in an outrageously cool barbershop.

Ruchira Neotia is a dynamic force in the world of wine and spirits, blending her extensive marketing expertise & her exceptional palate to create real growth momentum in the industry.
She is a seasoned judge for prestigious competitions like:
- Global Spirits Masters Awards
- London Wine & Spirits Competition
- International Wine Challenge

As the creator of the first 100% female winemaker wine list for a UK restaurant and often using an all-female production team for projects, Ruchira has also become an advocate for underrepresented voices in winemaking & hospitality, regularly working with upcoming talent.
With qualifications spanning wine, saké, and spirits, Ruchira is redefining how we think about Beverage lists—making them tools of empowerment and storytelling.
